Training on your schedule, within your budget

Our programs are customized to keep you motivated and to fit your schedule with one-on-one runs before or after work, individual workouts that won't "run" you down, and weekend group runs.

Plus, we've thought up several ways to layer in more accountability, like a supportive social network, daily check-ins via text or email, and morning wake-up calls!

Each basic package include one one-on-one weekday run, a customized training program, weekend group runs, daily check-ins, and a RunTrue t-shirt or tank top.

Sample programs and options (rates are determined on a per-client basis):

Basic 12-week half marathon training package
Basic 8-week 10K training package
Basic 6-week 5K training package

Optional program components (can be added as desired):
Morning wake-up calls
Additional one-on-one weekly runs
Coached race day run
